Eagle Street Pier

Fabritecture was contracted by Built to replace the existing shade structures surrounding Jade Buddha and Coffee Club, at Eagle Street Pier in Brisbane, with state-of-the-art tensile fabric shade canopies.

Tensioning PVC and PTFE membrane fabric to both already existing and newly constructed frames, Fabritecture was able to provide seamless integration of the lower shade sails to the curved balcony structure of the building with a waterproof custom design system..

Fabritecture’s canopies take full advantage of Eagle Street Pier’s outdoor alfresco area providing waterproof and UV protection, whilst allowing light, airflow and unobstructed viewing of the Brisbane River and Story Bridge
