About the Directors
David Gullis, Managing Director
Fabritecture Managing Director, David Gullis offers over a decade of international experience in tensile fabric construction throughout the United States of America, Australia & Europe.
He joined the American operation of Universal Fabric Structures in 1997 as construction manager, responsible for personnel, timelines, budgets and equipment rental on all permanent and temporary installations throughout North America. His success, experience and overseas track record led to him opening the Australian operation of Universal Fabric Structures and Fabritecture in July 2001.
With a wealth of experience in concept design, construction, installation and project management, David has worked with some of the world’s highest profile clients, securing contracts in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Singapore, and New Zealand as well as exporting structures manufactured locally to the company’s global partner in the USA. Previous contracts include Sydney’s leading Theme Park, Luna Park Pavilion, and Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Wildlife World, both iconic Australian attractions. More recently David has secured contract with Federal and Local governments for Canberra Civic Pool, Defense Force for RAAF and Tennis Queensland for the recently completed Brisbane Tennis Centre Outdoor Show Courts, as well as ITE College, Singapore.
Jethro Jones, Quality Assurance & Projects Director
As Projects Director since 2003, Jethro has been responsible for the company’s key projects and the implementation of Quality Assurance systems to ensure superior results are delivered on time. His client liaison skills and project management experience provides a complete turnkey service for Fabritecture clients. With domestic and international fabric structure experience, Jethro’s technical knowledge guarantees clients receive the most state-of-the-art customer driven solutions. Jethro specializes in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and Ms Project. Jethro’s site and project management, design and quality control skills have positioned him as a leader in the Fabric Structure industry. With more than ten years experience in the industry, Jethro has been at the forefront of many ground breaking international projects including:
